Who is responsible
This notice explains how Shoya Kamata, operating as Rillnook Labs (the “Seller”; Japanese name: 鎌田将矢), handles personal information in connection with purchases, delivery access, refund requests, and Support for Rillnook Remodel. The Seller is based in Japan. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@rillnook.com. Seller and sales information is available at https://rillnook.com/legal.
The Seller’s business address and telephone number will be provided without delay upon a legitimate request made before purchase. Requests may be sent to support@rillnook.com.
This notice does not govern the remodeling website a buyer creates from the Template. Each buyer is responsible for the privacy notice and form practices on its own site.
Information handled
Depending on the transaction or request, the Seller may handle a purchaser’s name, email address, order identifier, purchase time, purchased product, payment-status information, Support inquiry content and response history, delivery-access and defect correspondence, refund or dispute information, information needed to prevent fraud or payment abuse, records required for law, accounting, or tax, and the minimum technical information actually exposed by the enabled services. Categories not received in live operation are not represented as collected.
Purposes
The Seller uses the applicable information to:
- provide the product;
- confirm orders and purchasers;
- provide or restore access;
- respond to Support, defect, and refund requests;
- prevent fraud and payment abuse;
- maintain accounting and tax records;
- comply with law and respond to legal claims; and
- protect service security.
Information will not be retained for an unrelated purpose merely because it is available.
Payment, Support, and technical providers
Payment provider
Lemon Squeezy is the adopted payment provider and Merchant of Record for Rillnook Remodel purchases. When the separately authorized checkout is enabled, Lemon Squeezy processes payment and handles provider-side payment processing, applicable sales taxes, refunds, and chargebacks under its then-current terms. The Seller may receive order, purchaser, payment-status, delivery, refund, or dispute information needed for the purposes above, but does not represent that it directly receives or stores a buyer’s full payment-card number. Lemon Squeezy handles information under its own Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy; this notice does not replace or expand those terms. The Seller may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to professional advisers where appropriate.
Support provider
Support email for support@rillnook.com is sent, received, and stored using Purelymail. Purelymail handles information under its own then-current Privacy Policy. This notice does not infer or promise an unverified provider location, international-transfer arrangement, or retention period. The Seller’s own ordinary-Support retention rule is stated below.
Product and website configuration
The current Framer product has no custom order database, custom webhook, member-login system, license-key server, tracker, analytics, or external script. This informational website contains no form, custom tracker, analytics, advertising script, external script, or external font. These statements do not claim that storefront, checkout, email, or hosting providers collect no standard cookies, IP addresses, device data, or technical logs. Provider-level handling follows their then-current policies and the services actually enabled.
International handling, cookies, and technical data
Lemon Squeezy and Purelymail may process information in locations and through cookies or technical logs described in their then-current policies and the actual live configuration. This notice does not state an unverified Purelymail location, retention period, or international-transfer condition. The Seller will update this notice if the live configuration creates additional disclosures required by applicable law. The absence of a custom tracker in the Framer product or this site is not a claim that provider-level technical processing is absent.
Retention
Order and transaction records required for tax or accounting are retained for seven years as the operating baseline, or longer only when applicable law requires a longer period.
Ordinary Support inquiries and response history are retained for 180 days after the Support matter is closed and, as a rule, deleted no later than 210 days after closure. A longer, purpose-limited period may apply where reasonably necessary for a refund or dispute, chargeback, legal claim, security incident, or tax or accounting obligation. Support records are not assigned the seven-year tax or accounting period merely because both categories concern the same purchaser.
Requests and choices
Subject to applicable law, a person may ask about the Seller’s handling of personal information or exercise any access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, consent-withdrawal, or complaint right that applies by contacting support@rillnook.com. The Seller may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester and protect another person’s information, and will not demand more information than is reasonably necessary for that purpose. Non-waivable rights under applicable law are not limited by this notice.
Security and changes
The Seller uses reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services actually used, but no transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Material changes will be reflected by updating this notice’s effective date and providing any notice required by applicable law.
